At Nadine Ghosn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique jewelry pieces. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all security tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team via email within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewelry in its original designer packaging and protective box to ensure it is shielded from damage during transit; items returned without original packaging may be refused.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the prepaid insured shipping label provided by our team to the outside of the package, ensuring any previous delivery markings are completely covered.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans verify the item's condition and authenticity, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
